If you have a battery fault on your Texecom Premier alarm system then first you’ll see a ‘System alerts’ message on the screen. You first need to enter your 4 digit user code to see the fault detail.
The screen will now show a ‘Battery fault’ message – meaning that you need to change your alarm battery as soon as possible. The SmartSecurity.Support team can help with this.
