To change the user code on your Honeywell Galaxy alarm first you need to enter your current user code followed by pressing Ent twice.

Now navigate to option 40 = Modify by pressing button A multiple times. Press ‘Ent’ when you find this option, and navigate to option ’42=users’ by pressing A. Press Ent when you find this option, and press Ent on option ‘1=users’. This will then show ‘user 1 master’.

At this point press Ent. You will now see the message ‘1 = PIN’. Press Ent again, at which point you’ll be asked for your new code – which you should enter followed by Ent. Now press Esc repeatedly until you’re back to the home screen.
